Not sure where you stand? In four weeks, about 10 strong candidates work cases with each other under the close watch of two of the best, most calibrated coaches in the field: Michael Kirchner (former McKinsey Associate Partner) and Jeremy Scharf (Leland's top-rated case coach, ex-Bain). You get a straight read on whether you are ready, and you get there faster because the people around you are good. Application-based, limited spots.
Applications open in mid-November, right after the Summer Associate deadline. Accepted applicants have one week to decide and secure a place. The cohort starts in early December and runs through the first of January, ahead of first-round interviews in early January. This is a premium program, and the exact price is in your acceptance email, before any call. Payment is due only after you are accepted.

Optional add-ons, requested later
Nothing extra is paid up front. Once you are in the cohort, you can ask for either add-on at any point, and each is paid separately.
- •PEI Story Refinement, all four stories. The live sessions do not cover PEI, so this add-on gives you written review and multiple rounds of edits on each story, plus a live storytelling session.
- •Resume Transformation. A line-by-line review and rebuild of your resume in Michael's format, with a 30-minute debrief call. Joining the interest list gives you a discounted resume review and rewrite, available before the application deadline, when a stronger resume matters most.
- •Online assessment prep. If you are preparing for McKinsey's Solve assessment, we have a connection to a resource we trust. Ask and we will share the details, before you apply or at any point after.
