About 2 hours of live mock interviews with me, usually two 60-minute sessions, built around the date you already have. No resume work and no long program.
I spent 9 years at McKinsey, rose to Associate Partner, and conducted 300+ candidate interviews in both Round 1 and Final Round. I run the mocks the way I ran real interviews.
Each interview has the same shape as Round 1: about 50 minutes, a PEI and a case, then your questions. What changes is the volume. A final round is typically 3 to 4 interviews, held in the office you applied to, with more senior interviewers in the mix.
Some cases go somewhere no casebook covers. You can't memorize your way through that. What gets you through is your own voice: communicating with structure, and staying confident while you work it out.
One great case won't get you an offer, and one rough case won't lose it. Results don't snowball in either direction, so treat each room as a fresh start.
Your first round already told you where you're weakest. The best use of your prep time is closing those specific gaps.
About 2 hours with me, usually split into two sessions. A typical plan looks like this, and we can shape the time around what you need most.
We go through your first round: the feedback you received and the moments that felt shaky. If you haven't had a first round yet, the first mock does this job instead.
Each one focused on the case or the behavioral interview, whichever needs the work, with feedback right after.
Drills built on the gaps your mocks show, to work through on your own between sessions.
A last full run before the day, plus a reality check on common myths about final rounds.
Interviewer-level feedback follows every session. Need more than two hours? Extra live hours can be added after you apply.
Apply with your interview date →Confidence comes across in the room, and it comes from knowing your opening and your stories cold. Go in rested.
Short daily bursts. Speed and composure under time pressure matter more than any exotic calculation.
Put most of your practice time into what your first-round feedback flagged.
If you know who you're meeting, read up on them. Bring two or three specific questions for each interview.
Practice your stories out loud until they sound like you talking. Interviewers can tell when a story has been memorized.
Sort the logistics, set up your paper and pens, and rest.

Apply anyway and put the date in your application. Applications with a scheduled interview are reviewed first. Even one full mock with feedback on the two or three things most likely to cost you is worth doing.
No. It's for anyone with an interview already scheduled, Round 1 or final round. Sessions are calibrated to the round you're preparing for.
Yes. My specific expertise is McKinsey recruiting. The core case and behavioral skills carry over to Bain, BCG, and other consulting firms.
No. With an interview already scheduled, the resume has done its job. Every hour goes to live mock interviews.
